"Signature Cocotte Rondo" is a cast enamel pot that can be heated slowly and uniformly with excellent heat conduction and heat storage. It does not easily crumble and can bring out the original sweetness and umami of the ingredients, making it useful for a wide range of purposes such as stewed dishes, soups, rice cookers, and fried foods.

The "Signature Cocotte Rondo" processed with "Black Matte Enamel" released this time has a black inside of the pot and a slightly rough texture. As with grills and skillets, it has good oil compatibility, so ingredients do not stick easily and we are good at baking dishes. It is recommended for beginners of Le Creuset because the dirt is not noticeable.
