The Bren series is a ballpoint pen that features "stress-free writing comfort" that controls the vibration (blur) that occurred during writing by the uniquely developed mechanism "Blen system". Since its launch in 2018, the cumulative number of units sold in the series has exceeded 10 million.
New to the series this time is the multifunctional pen "Blen 2 + S", which was often requested. By applying the Bren system to a multifunctional pen that has a complicated structure and tends to vibrate more when writing, it is the best one for memos, information organization, idea ideas, etc.
Stress-free writing comfort even with a multifunctional pen
The pen design is in collaboration with the design office "nendo". Although it is equipped with a black and red ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil, it has a slim body that is the same size as the conventional single color type. The knock of the mechanical pencil is placed on the back, which is easy to push, and the knock part is also full of attention, such as reducing the impact sound when knocking is released.
There are five shaft color variations: black, gray, white, blue-green, and pink. The ball diameter (black, red) is 0.5 mm / 0.7 mm, and the mechanical pencil core diameter is 0.5 mm.
