Easy egg cooking in the microwave! "Easy Egg" seems to be useful for breakfast and lunch making

Poached eggs and omelets are easy in the microwave! Introducing "easy eggs", a cooking goods that looks cute with a colon.

Easy egg

Microwave oven for eggs only. This time, I bought it from the Plaza's online store, and the price was 650 yen (excluding tax). The country of origin is New Zealand.

It's a beautiful red color, and at first glance it's a tapper. It features an openable "pressure outlet" at the top.

Open and close by pressing with your finger like a switch

Let's try the cooking examples "poached egg" and "omelet" on the package.

Poached egg

Break in the eggs that have been returned to room temperature and add water until the eggs are soaked.

Poke the yolk in several places with a toothpick (explosion prevention)

Season with salt and pepper to your liking

Close the lid and open the pressure outlet to the microwave

Heat for 40 seconds (600W) and steam for 30-60 seconds. Throw away the water and you're done!

It seems to be useful as an egg dish that can be made quickly on a busy morning. Even if you put it in a muffin or put it on toast ♪

Omelette

Mix beaten eggs, milk, and your favorite toppings that have been returned to room temperature, and season with salt and pepper.

Open the pressure outlet and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds (600W)

Take it out, stir the contents lightly with chopsticks, and heat it again for 40 to 60 seconds.

A volumey omelet for 2 eggs is completed! It is also convenient to cut and use as a side dish for lunch boxes.

The heating time for both poached eggs and omelets varies slightly depending on the microwave oven. It may take a few trials and errors to make it with the hardness you like, but it is a very convenient item once you get used to it! Since it does not use oil, it will be healthy and you can enjoy developing original recipes ♪
