A sweet soup with a refreshing acidity and aroma that makes chopsticks slippery even if you don't have an appetite. The balance of this acidity is truly Mizkan. If I ate it in the summer, it might have been number one.
1st place: Yamaki "Seafood soy sauce soup udon soup"
A rich soup with a moderately sour taste and the scent of soup stock that spreads instantly when you put it in your mouth. The authentic taste and the style of tsukemen udon, which is not strange even if it comes out at a tsukemen shop, was novel, so I ranked first. Not only udon but also Chinese noodles will be delicious.
The other products seemed to have different tastes, so they were unfortunately out of the ranks. It went well with udon noodles, so if you look at the package and it comes to you, you can try it and eat it.
Even if you love udon, changing the toppings may not be enough. At such times, you can easily enjoy a different taste than usual. How about for today's rice?
