The author received a lot of "Kikyo Shingen Mochi" as a souvenir of Yamanashi from a friend. Suddenly, I mixed one with ice cream (there is actually a product called "Kikyou Shingen Mochi Ice Cream"). Then put it on the toast and it's a superb dessert!
Ingredients: Bread (6 slices 1) / Kikyo Shingen Mochi (1) / Vanilla ice cream (200 ml)

How to make:
1. Divide the bread into 4 equal parts and bake in an oven toaster until golden brown.
2. Mix Kikyo Shingen Mochi Kinako and Mochi with vanilla ice cream softened at room temperature.

3. Put the ice cream of "2" on the bread of "1" and sprinkle with black honey, and it's done!

Although it looks very sweet, the aroma of soybean flour and toast enhances the taste, so you can eat it until the end without getting tired. The texture of the mochi that pops out of the ice cream is also fun. If you don't have Kikyo Shingen Mochi, try arranging it with the soybean flour, honey, syrup, etc. that you have at home (although it will be "mochi").

Next time, we plan to introduce a hearty "side dish toast". stay tuned!
