6 slices of bread | 1 sheet |
Kikyo Shingen Mochi | 1 piece |
Vanilla Ice Cream | 200ml (6.76us fl oz) |

I received a lot of "Kikyo Shingen mochi" as a souvenir from Yamanashi from a friend. On a whim, I mixed one with ice cream (there is actually a product called "Kikyo Shingenmochi Ice Cream"). ) I then put it on a piece of toast, and it turned out to be an exquisite sweet treat!
Ingredients: Bread (1 slice, 6 slices) / Kikyo Shingen mochi (1 piece) / Vanilla ice cream (200 ml)

How to make:
1. Cut the bread into 4 equal slices and bake in a toaster oven or other oven until golden brown. 2.
2. soften vanilla ice cream at room temperature and mix with soybean flour and mochi (rice cake) from Kikyo Shingen Mochi. 3.

3. Place the ice cream from "2" on the bread from "1" and pour the molasses over the top!

Although it looks very sweet, the savory taste of the soybean flour and toast enhances the flavor, so you will not get tired of eating it until the end. The texture of the mochi appearing out of the ice cream is also enjoyable. If you don't have Kikyo Shingen mochi, try using soybean flour, honey, syrup, or other ingredients you have at home (without the mochi).

Next time, we will introduce a hearty "side dish toast. Stay tuned!
