A little upgrade of the usual rice ♪ I found a can of anchovy and oil sardine at Daiso, a 100-yen shop, and bought it.
Canned anchovies (pickled in anchovy fillet) have a total content of 35g (1.23oz) and a solid content of 18g (0.63oz). There were about 9 slices in the can I opened. Taking advantage of the salty taste, you can mix it with mayonnaise to make a dip, or use it as a topping for pasta or stir fry. If you mix it with rice, you can make a rice ball that is perfect for sake squeezing.
Canned oil sardines (pickled in sardines) have a total content of 125g (4.41oz) and a solid content of 90g (3.17oz). There were two sardines in it. It is recommended to use it as a salad or pasta ingredient or sandwich it in bread, just like a can of tuna. The canned food is packed tightly, so be careful not to spill oil when opening it!
Despite the fashionable package and full contents, the price is of course 108 yen (tax included). If you are not familiar with anchovies or oil sardines, why not take it into your cooking and serve it to your family and friends?
