Daiso Watch Detergent
A shiny watch for the new year!

Stainless steel band watches with a complicated structure tend to collect dirt in inaccessible gaps. I found a special detergent at Daiso, so I tried it.

The exact product name is unknown, but a copy of "just shake for 60 seconds" is a landmark. Looking at the ingredients, it is described as sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate used for oxygen bleach, and it seems to be an oxygen-based detergent. It comes in 2 bags and the price is 100 yen (excluding tax).

You can clean stainless steel band watches and stainless steel frame glasses. It is safe to wrap the clock face in advance to prevent water from entering.

Stainless band with noticeable dullness Cannot be used for leather or silicone

The bag contains white powder detergent, which is dissolved in 200 ml of water and soaked in the wristwatch band.

Be careful not to get the dial wet

Shake it for about 60 seconds, rinse it well with water and wipe it off. Fine dust floated on the water, and the watch became shiny with the dullness removed!

It's hard to see in the image, but a lot of black dust is floating.
