I bought two kinds of sweet potatoes, "Anno potato roasted sweet potato" and "Red Haruka potato roasted sweet potato". Anno potato was 139 yen and Beniharu was 99 yen per 100g (3.53oz) each. * Price does not include tax


Roasted sweet potatoes are made from sweet potatoes that have been aged for 60 days or more and have a slowly increased sugar content. It is baked at a high temperature of 200 degrees.


The melting texture is so toothless. You can fully enjoy the deep and calm sweetness that does not betray the appearance.


The firmness of the skin and the slight astringency are also nice accents! It tastes like elaborate Japanese sweets.

The roasted sweet potatoes of Beniharu Imo are not defeated either. This is also thick, sweet and melty. Many people like this because it has a gorgeous flavor.
