[Kyoto] Cousin juice A traditional dish that is handed down at festivals in Kyoto. Because it is a vegetarian dish, you can enjoy the rich sweetness of azuki beans and pumpkin without adding meat or fish. The point of deliciousness is to boil eggplant and pumpkin softly.
