Sekai Bunka has released a recipe collection of local soup, "Kazuo Tobita's local soup". The author is Mr. Kazuo Tobita, a cook. The price is 1,400 yen (excluding tax).

A book that introduces 102 types of local juice grown in various parts of Japan. It is said that local juices with various seasonings such as miso, soy sauce, and sake lees are arranged into recipes that are easy to obtain and easy to make in a short time.

[Akita Prefecture] Chicken egg soup
