Natural but high detergency! American-born plant-derived detergent "Mrs. Myers Clean Day" landed in Japan

Introducing a popular natural detergent in your home country

Because it is something that we use every day, we want something that is kind to both people and the environment. As a new lineup of natural detergents that has been increasing recently, the American-born plant-derived detergent "Mrs. Myers Clean Day" has landed in Japan this summer.

"Mrs. Myers Clean Day" Fashionable overseas packages

The brand, which is also popular in the home country, is a detergent born from the wisdom of Iowa housewife Therma A. Meyer, who has nine children. It features a garden-inspired scent and a formula that is friendly to both people and the environment, using plenty of plant and natural ingredients and essential oils.

Mainly made of plant-derived ingredients and essential oils

There are 6 types of detergent lineup, and you can choose from up to 4 types of scents. This time I decided to try dishwashing liquid and kitchen & multi-cleaner.

More than 97% of the ingredients in dishwashing liquid are derived from plants and nature. With the same foaming as general detergents, oil stains can be removed cleanly. For the scent, select "Honeysuckle", a type of honeysuckle. It has a soft, sweet scent of flowers, but it is not as tight as a lily, and is healed by a gentle scent reminiscent of natural cosmetics.

The scent of sweet flowers is blended with orange and ylang-ylang.

More than 98% of the ingredients of Kitchen & Multi Cleaner are derived from plants and nature. It can be used for "water-proof materials" such as painted wood, tiles, and marble and artificial marble whose surface is waterproofed.

Around the stove or on the countertop

The gas stove that has become sticky with oil can be wiped clean once. I chose the scent of "lemon verbena", but after wiping it off, the refreshing scent of lemon spread and I was able to clean it comfortably. In addition to the kitchen, it can be used for multiple purposes such as floors, bathtubs, and window sashes, so it would be convenient to have one.

Easy because you don't need to wipe it twice

Immediately after using it, a little scent remains, but I personally like the natural scent that is not often found in Japanese products. All of them are large in size, which is typical of the United States, but the price is about 600 yen, which is easy to pick up. In addition, we also have dishwasher detergents and cleansers, which are available at AEON, Loft, Amazon.co.jp, LOHACO, etc., so if you are interested, check it out!
