Seijo Ishii's first chocolate bar is "single origin"! Introducing 4 types with different origins and cacao

Seijo Ishii handles chocolates from around the world. New items for fall / winter 2018 are also starting to arrive one after another.

In addition, this year, Seijo Ishii's first original chocolate bar will be released! It is on sale from the beginning of November.

Single origin chocolate

"Single origin chocolate" made from cacao from a single production area. Using cacao beans from different production areas, all 4 types of cacao (3 types of high cacao + 1 type of milk) are developed according to each individuality.

Also pay attention to the fashionable box design! A delicate pattern is drawn in glossy black on a crisp base color.

Let's check them one by one.

Ecuadorian cacao 71%

The orange package is Ecuador with 71% cacao.

Uses cacao with a soft and delicate taste. It features a rich floral aroma and fruit-like acidity that enhances the bitterness. Recommended for those who like a strong taste.

Peruvian cacao 64%

Peru with 64% cacao, marked by an eye-catching yellow. It features a gorgeous dried fruit-like aroma. Recommended for those who like sweet scents.

Ugandan cacao 80%

The cool black x black package is Uganda with 80% cacao. You can enjoy a classical and soft acidity and a strong smoky scent. Although it has a crisp taste with a modest sweetness, it is also characterized by its easy-to-eat taste with less noticeable bitterness.

Madagascar cacao 31%

The refreshing blue Madagascar is the only milk chocolate. The cacao content is 31%.

The feature is the strength of the milky feeling! Milk chocolate is sweet, but there are few that actually give you a solid taste of milk. This is rich in both chocolate and milk flavors.

I want people who are usually bitters to try it!

This is the introduction of 4 types of Seijo Ishii's single origin chocolates. The price is 499 yen (excluding tax) and 100g (3.53oz) is included, so you can feel the goodness of cospa. If you like chocolate, please try it!
