New to KALDI's frozen foods! "New York bagels" are on sale from the beginning of June.

There are two flavors, "plain" and "blueberry", and the price is 198 yen (tax included). Only blueberries were available at the store I visited this time. Is the plane not in stock or is it sold out as soon as possible?

KALDI's frozen bagels

Full-scale "hard bagels" imported directly from New York. It features a tight and elastic texture.


It is recommended to thaw naturally or microwave and then lightly toast.


The chewy texture and light flavor are just like a bagel model. The sweet and sour taste of blueberries is an accent. It's not as sweet as sweet buns, so it's also recommended for meal bread. Make a sandwich with cream cheese, ham, salmon, etc.


When toasted lightly, the outside is crisp and the inside is chewy. The flavor of wheat is also strengthened. However, the presence of blueberries will be diminished by that amount, so you can choose whether toast or not. When you eat for the first time, you may want to try half each.
