MUJI Soy Meat Series

The soybean meat series will be released on October 28th at MUJI stores and MUJI online stores. The feature is that it can be stored at room temperature and can be easily taken in without rehydration.

Soybean meat made from soybeans is attracting attention as one of the solutions to food shortages and environmental problems caused by population growth. MUJI offers not only an opportunity to think about environmental issues, but also health consciousness and rising ethical consumption, so we propose it as one of the options for a richer diet that suits you better.

MUJI's soybean meat uses soy protein to give it a meat-like texture and taste, and does not require rehydration. There are four types, "hamburger" and "meatball" that can be eaten just by warming, and "ground meat type" and "thin slice type" that can be used immediately for cooking.
