KALDI Coffee Farm is full of imported foods and seasonings as well as coffee. I would like to introduce the seasonings that were in stock at the store the other day because they were very good.
This is the "Spice Up" series of seasonings with a mill, which has been popular for a long time. It's reasonably priced at 306 yen (tax included) per bottle, so I bought 3 types at once.
The body is plastic. With a cap and mill on the top, you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly ground at any time.
First of all, "Himalayan Pink Salt" stuffed with natural rock salt from Pakistan. By the way, the unique pink color is iron. It has a strong taste and enhances the taste of various ingredients.
"Lemon pepper" is a blend of salt and pepper with lemon zest. It also contains garlic, which stimulates your appetite with a refreshing acidity. You can use it for pasta and meat dishes, or sprinkle it on the dish to accentuate it (be careful because it also contains salt).
The last is the author's favorite "Mala Pepper". Sea salt is blended with chili pepper, Japanese pepper, and ginger, and when applied to tofu, it has a pungent spiciness and aroma like mapo tofu. It's good just to put it on ramen or udon. If you like spicy foods, try using Jean Jean like Shichimi pepper (although it also contains salt).
The vivid design that makes you want to line up in the series is also attractive. The taste is perfect, so it's also recommended as a gift!
