Morimoto's "Snow Crane"
Don't look down on it as just Busse

Hokkaido is rich in delicious ingredients. Among them, sweets using dairy products such as fresh cream and butter are a selection of masterpieces, and even if you close your eyes and choose at a souvenir shop, you will not fail.

But in Tokyo, you have to go to an antenna shop or a product exhibition to find out ... If you think, "Seijo Ishii" sells surprisingly delicious sweets, so I would like to introduce them.

This is the Busse cake "Yukizuru" sold by the confectionery shop "Morimoto" in Hokkaido. It is said to be a long-selling confectionery that has been sold since 1972 as a local "famous confectionery" in Chitose.

It is sold separately at Seijo Ishii and can be purchased from one. I bought both butter cream and haskap that were in the store.

First of all, butter cream. After the fluffy and light sweetness of the dough, the saltiness of the cream spreads to the extent that you are shocked with "Shippa!". The gap disappears with a melting mouth, and what remains is the richness of elegant milk. It seems that processed cheese is also added to the cream, but I don't feel that it is clever because of the good ingredients.

On the other hand, Haskap is a sweet and sour cream made from Hokkaido's specialty fruit "Hascup". It has a pleasant scent that goes through your nose, and has a refreshing aftertaste that is not too sweet.

It is best to eat the two unique snow cranes, "sweet and sour" and "sweet and sour", alternately. I've been eating like crazy since I discovered it, so if you see it, please pick it up! The price is 148 yen (excluding tax) per piece.
