The original seasoning "Kake-chin-iri-dashi" jointly developed by the gourmet supermarket "Kitano Ace" and the women's monthly magazine "Mart" is on sale at each store from the end of September.
It was developed based on the popular product "Chin Dashi" of the private brand "Kitano Selection" series, incorporating the opinions of Mart readers. There is also a product with a cute limited bottle, so I bought this without hesitation.
Dashi is a blend of domestically produced "umami ingredients" such as bonito and mackerel withered knots, shiitake mushrooms, and Rishiri kelp, as well as seasonings such as salt and sugar. The savory and punchy taste is delicious just by dissolving it in hot water!
In addition, it can be widely used by sprinkling it on salad or rice, or mixing it with omelet or rice balls. It's salty, so it's easy to determine the taste.
We also recommend hot pot dishes that are perfect for the coming season. When I made the soymilk pot that was introduced on Kitano Ace's official Instagram, the rich soymilk and the rich soup stock were excellently compatible, and I drank all the soup stock.
The price of the dashi stock with a chin is 690 yen for a single item and 990 yen for a bottle (both including tax). A new design bottle will be added in late October, so if you are interested, please check it out!
