At first glance, this bread looks like a biscuit, and by reducing the water content as much as possible so that it can be stored for a long time, it is said to be "hard like iron" . It's big, so I casually tried to break it by hand, but it certainly didn't seem to break at all ...

At first, I was surprised at the impact of hardness, but as I chewed it, the fluffy and sweet biscuit-like flavor spread, and it was very simple and delicious. Personally, I liked the germ-containing one because it was more fragrant.
