Thai green curry that has become familiar at restaurants and retort curry departments. Did you know that you can easily make it at home if you have curry paste because the boiling time is short?
However, I'm worried because I don't know what the paste imported directly from the local area contains ... I would like to strongly recommend Seijo Ishii's original "green curry paste" .

This is a curry paste that has been on sale since June as a "seasoning series supervised by the chef of the central kitchen". Lemongrass, green pepper, garlic, etc. are blended, and it seems that no chemical seasoning is used like the company.
This time, I will introduce it with Seijo Ishii's green curry recipe!

The sweetness of coconut milk and the brilliant spiciness that pops on your tongue. The mouthfeel is light enough to be drunk as a soup, but the rich flavor spreads. Impression that the edgy local taste is dropped for Japanese people without getting heartburn with oil or garlic.

One can of coconut milk can make a pot (for about 4 people), so you can freeze the portion you can't eat. It is also recommended to use somen soup!

Curry paste, which you can make surprisingly delicious green curry by yourself, is reasonably priced at 330 yen (excluding tax) with 200g (7.05oz). By the way, "Red Curry Paste" is also available in the same series, so please use it as you like ♪ I will buy more for the time being!
