Two new works have appeared in Seijo Ishii's scone series! "Banana and walnut sugar top scones" and "Cinnamon raisin sugar top scones" are on sale.

Both are mini-sized scones sprinkled with coconut sugar and sugar beet. It is simple and rich in flavor using whole grain flour. The price is 399 yen (excluding tax) for each 6 pieces.

It is baked flat and looks like a large cookie at first glance. However, the scone has a light texture and a fine mouthfeel. The sweetness is also quite modest.



Banana puree is kneaded into the dough and has a slight banana flavor throughout. The walnuts are thick and large, creating a crunchy and fragrant flavor.


Coconut sugar and sugar beet sprinkled on the surface further boost the texture and aroma. It is also recommended to toast lightly!
