Ginger ale has always been my choice at fast food and drink bars since I was a kid. However, as I grew up, the desire to "because I'm a ginger, I want you to taste ginger to the fullest" has come to the fore. So, when I made it from raw ginger, I would like to introduce the ideal ginger ale.
Make ginger syrup
First, make the syrup that is the base of ginger ale.【material】
・ Ginger 200g (7.05oz)
・ Granulated sugar 200g (7.05oz)
・ Water 200ml (6.76us fl oz)
・ One cinnamon stick
・ 1.5 tablespoons of honey
・ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

[How to make]
Wash the ginger well with the skin on and slice it as thinly as possible.

Put ginger, granulated sugar, cinnamon sticks and water in a pan and boil on medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add honey and lemon juice and mix well. The finished syrup is packed with ginger flavor.

Divide with carbonic acid to make ginger ale
Divide the finished syrup into your favorite strength with carbonated water to complete your homemade ginger ale! It's not as spicy as you might think, and the refreshing aroma of ginger and the spicy aroma of cinnamon pop with carbonic acid. The contrast between the rich sweetness and the crisp spiciness made me nod involuntarily, "I was looking for this."

We also recommend the Shandy Gaff made by pouring beer into this homemade ginger ale. Boiled ginger slices also go well with beer.

The syrup can be stored in a clean storage container in the refrigerator for about a week. A refreshing ginger ale for adults, perfect for hospitality!
