Have you ever heard of Lipton's "Sakura Tea," a seasonal tea sold every spring? It is a very high quality and popular flavor with a realistic aroma as if you are smelling the cherry blossoms themselves.
This time, we propose a more luxurious way to enjoy Sakura Tea. Here is a recipe for royal milk tea using a microwave oven recommended by Lipton.
■Ingredients (for one cup )
2 Lipton Yellow Label tea bags
1/3 of a mug of water (about 60 ml)
2/3 of a mug of milk (about 120 ml)
Granulated sugar to taste
■ How to make
・Place tea bags, water and milk in a mug
Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 2 minutes, then wait for 1 minute.
Take out the tea bag and add granulated sugar if you like.
A cup of black tea and cherry blossoms with an enchanting and gorgeous aroma. The richness of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar combine to give this tea a spring-like flavor similar to that of Japanese sweets.
Of course, you can also make it with regular tea bags instead of Sakura tea, so please try it when you are relaxing at home.
