■ Grilled banana
It's not as easy as a recipe, but it's definitely more delicious than eating it raw. Simply put the ripe banana in a grilled fish and bake until the surface turns black (double-sided grill: top / bottom high heat about 8 minutes, single-sided grill: high heat 6 minutes, return about 6 minutes).
It looks like a big mistake, but the banana inside changes to a sticky and melty texture. Moderate sweet and sour is irresistible!

■ Grilled apple
Grilled apples that can be made without an oven. Arrange 12 equal pieces of skewered apples in a heat-resistant container (the image is a special tableware called Griller) and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (or sugar) and 15 g of torn butter. If you don't have a container, you can use aluminum foil assembled in a box shape. The juice will come out, so let's deepen it.
Put it in the grilled fish and bake it on low heat for about 15 minutes to complete. If you don't have a lid, it's easy to burn, so check it carefully.
