I'm addicted to the surprising compatibility of fish and pasta! Introducing the Ichioshi Pasta Sauce found at KALDI Coffee Farm and confirmed to be repeatable.
The "Fishing PASTA" series, which is familiar with tuna cans, is being developed by Hagoromo Foods. This time, I bought "Saba no Shio Lemon Sauce" and "Tuna Garlic Soy Sauce". Each is 159 yen (tax included).
It is a retort pouch for one person, and you can eat it by frying it with boiled pasta in a frying pan or by warming it in a water bath. A frying pan is recommended as the soup stock of the seafood will blend into the noodles when heated together.
■ Mackerel salt lemon sauce
A bite-sized mackerel fillet finished with salt and lemon. You can't feel the fishy smell of mackerel, and the sauce with umami goes well with pasta. Lemon leaves a slight freshness and you can enjoy a refreshing aftertaste. It's delicious even if you add boiled spinach quickly.
■ Tuna garlic soy sauce
A punchy taste that brings out the savory taste of tuna, which is more luxurious than before, with garlic and soy sauce. Thanks to the spicy spiciness and the pale yellowfin tuna, it is not stubborn and has a delicious taste that will leave you behind. It seems that the feeling of "I want to eat a lot today" will be healthy. Sprinkle white hair onions and glue on the accent.
I saw these two types at the store, but I heard that other sauces using bonito and sardines are also being developed. It is highly recommended for those who want to take in fish easily and for those who are looking for a different kind of pasta, so please give it a try! * Parsley and trefoil are added for shooting.
