Nitori "Grated condiments (Kakugata)"
Excellent though it is a petite plastic!

Condiments such as cooking, hot pot, somen, etc. that are often used all year round. I used to use 100% spices, but I was having trouble with it, but I would like to introduce it because it has improved dramatically with Nitori's items.

I tried Nitori's Petit Plastic Item

Nitori's "Grated Condiments (Kakugata)" is designed with a grater in the center of the resin tray. You can grate it firmly and stably by pressing it from above with one hand (it will be more stable if you lay a wet cloth underneath).

There is no anti-slip, so if you are worried about it, lay a cloth underneath.

The eyes are a little rough, and if you turn them in a circular motion, they will be grated and pushed out to the surroundings without much effort. At the end, if you scrape it with chopsticks, you can put it on the table as it is or transfer it to a small plate or frying pan. Rinse the rest of the grater with seasoning or soak it in water to make it easier to remove.

Just scrape the surroundings with chopsticks. If you wash away the part that remains in your eyes with sake or soy sauce ◎

Of course, it can be used not only for ginger but also for garlic and wasabi, and its compactness that does not take up space when stored is also an evaluation point. At 138 yen (excluding tax), I was quite satisfied with this feeling, so if you don't want to spend too much, check it out!
