Use hot cake mix ♪ Walnut brownie
A brownie recipe for baking in an omelet without using a mold. Easy to make with hot cake mix or chocolate bar.

No need for an oven or mold! Here is a recipe for brownies that are baked using an omelet (fried egg pan).

・ Chocolate bar (black) 50g (1.76oz)
・ Unsalted butter 40g (1.41oz)
・ 1 tablespoon of milk
・ 1 egg ・ Granulated sugar 20g (0.71oz)
・ Hot cake mix 30g (1.06oz)
・ Mixed nuts 30-40g (1.41oz) * No salt or vegetable oil, roasted
Preparation
・ Apply a thin layer of salad oil (not included in the amount) to the omelet (12 x 18 cm).
How to make
1. 1. Roughly chop the mixed nuts.

2. Put crushed black chocolate, unsalted butter, and milk in a heat-resistant container and heat in a microwave oven (500-600W) for 30-40 seconds to melt and mix.

6. Pour into a lightly oiled omelet and sprinkle the chopped mixed nuts evenly.

8. Turn off the heat and steam for 15 minutes with the aluminum foil on it. The taste will become familiar and more delicious after half a day to a day or more than when it is freshly baked.

The brownie baked into a rectangle has a soft and moist texture. When you put it in your mouth, the mellow taste of chocolate, butter and nuts spreads, and you want strong black coffee. The sweetness is modest, so if you want a firm sweetness, increase the amount of granulated sugar (20g (0.71oz) → 30-40g (1.41oz)). You can also use milk chocolate instead of black chocolate.
The fluffy texture and mellow taste add to the aftertaste.
Unlike an oven, it doesn't need to be preheated, so you can easily bake it, but be aware that the underside of the cake is easily burnt. In the case of a three-burner stove, use the burner with the weakest heat, and keep the state of the simmering fire so that the fire will pass easily. We also recommend tamagoyaki with a size of 12 x 18 cm to 13 x 18 cm. It can be finished to an appropriate thickness.
