[Easy toast_05] The strongest recipe for "Kikyo Shingen Mochi + Ice"! Bread transforms into the finest sweets

Kikyo Shingen Mochi Toast

Toast using Yamanashi's famous confectionery "Kikyo Shingen Mochi" and vanilla ice cream

Material ( 1 serving )
6 slices of bread 1 sheet
Kikyo Shingen Mochi 1 piece
Vanilla Icecream 200ml (6.76us fl oz)

The author received a lot of "Kikyo Shingen Mochi" as a souvenir of Yamanashi from a friend. Suddenly, I mixed one with ice cream (there is actually a product called "Kikyou Shingen Mochi Ice Cream"). Then put it on the toast and it's a superb dessert!

Ingredients: Bread (6 slices 1) / Kikyo Shingen Mochi (1) / Vanilla ice cream (200 ml)

3 ingredients

Mix this with ice cream

How to make:
1. Divide the bread into 4 equal parts and bake in an oven toaster until golden brown.

2. Mix Kikyo Shingen Mochi Kinako and Mochi with vanilla ice cream softened at room temperature.

Mix evenly. If it becomes too soft, let's freeze it again.

3. Put the ice cream of "2" on the bread of "1" and sprinkle with black honey, and it's done!

On a plate that seems to come out at the store

Although it looks very sweet, the aroma of soybean flour and toast enhances the taste, so you can eat it until the end without getting tired. The texture of the mochi that pops out of the ice cream is also fun. If you don't have Kikyo Shingen Mochi, try arranging it with the soybean flour, honey, syrup, etc. that you have at home (although it will be "mochi").

Mochi with ice cream is also delicious!

Next time, we plan to introduce a hearty "side dish toast". stay tuned!
