The unmarked "Acacia Plate" is wonderful--adds the warmth of wood to the table, perfect for toast and rice balls

A wooden plate that adds a warm and gentle atmosphere to your dining table. The smooth feel and temperature when you pick it up are also attractive. I found that there are many items in the MUJI tableware corner. I bought 3 products that seemed to be easy to use.

I bought "Acacia plate about diameter 19 x height 2 cm" (990 yen including tax), "Acacia deep plate about diameter 16 x height 3.5 cm" (990 yen), "Acacia plate about diameter 15 x height 2 cm" Three (650 yen). Made by Filipino craftsmen using acacia material, which is highly processable and resistant to impact. The shape, thickness, and size are designed to be easy to match with porcelain beige tableware and glass balls. They all look different, such as those with uniform colors, those with dynamic patterns, and those with contrast between white and brown, and it is also fun to choose your favorite wood grain.

There are various foods such as bread, rice balls, and salads. Compared to pottery, it gives the impression that freshly baked toast and freshly squeezed rice balls receive the moisture. I wanted to add soup and stew, but I can't use it for hot or moist dishes. It is also NG to attach strong odors for a long time, use a microwave oven & dishwasher, or soak in boiling water or water.

Freshly baked toast steam,

Will take it smoothly

Perfect for rice balls

It's also nice to serve plenty of salad

Compared to pottery, there are more restrictions on how to use it, but acacia tableware that makes you want to use it carefully. Why don't you check it out when you go to a MUJI store?
