1. 1. Divide the orange, which has been washed and wiped, into two equal parts.


2. Cut off the top (or bottom) a few millimeters.


3. 3. Insert a knife between the skin and the flesh and cut it out.



Four. After removing the flesh, put the upper part (or lower part) cut off in "2" into the skin to make it look like a bowl.



Five. Peel off the thin skin of the flesh with a knife or bare hands.


6. Place the flesh on the skin bowl made of "4" so that the center is high.



7. 7. Add herbs and other fruits to your liking and you're done.


Since the material is all orange, adding other colors will give it a crisp look. By the way, this time, as accents, " home grown carrot leaves " and " decorated strawberries " are placed.


Grapefruit can be trimmed in the same way, but I personally find the smaller oranges easier to work with. Feel free to give it a try with fresh, pre-prepared orange flesh.
