TOLABL, a furnished share house where creators can live rent-free for six months and use an atelier/event space for free, is now accepting additional residents.

TOLABL is now accepting applications from students (male only) who want to create something that will make the world go "wow" at TOLABL. Experience in launching new projects and skills in directing other members' projects are prerequisites. Welcomed experience and skills include web design, web engineering, product design, embedded software engineering, and hardware (mechanical chassis/circuit design) engineering.

If selected, the applicant will be able to live rent-free until the end of March 2015; after April 2015, the applicant will be interviewed to determine whether to move in or out free of charge until the end of September 2015, based on the project's performance until the end of March 2015.

The property is located at 2-17-11 Higashi Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo, and the room to be occupied is Western-style room 2 (a dormitory-type room with a roommate) on the second floor. Rent is free for six months, but electricity, gas, water, internet, and other expenses must be paid by the applicant.

The application period is from January 9 to 16, 2015. Viewings and interviews will be held on January 17, 20, 24, or 25, 2015. The move-in date is any date after January 26, 2015.

Note that because of the importance of commitment to the launch of the project, we are accepting applications only from students with relatively flexible hours, but non-students who can commit to the project are also welcome to apply.
