Unlike rice balls, rice balls are not salted and gripped, so if you make them with ordinary seaweed, they tend to be dull. However, this product is pre-sprinkled with salt and can be made delicious just by wrapping it. It has been a big hit in the "Norikai" since its release last year.

Introducing "Korean-flavored Nori Nori Nori" (5 pieces of all types).

This product is made by seasoning glue produced in Korea with salt and "Kadoya Sesame Oil". The glue alone has an appetizing scent, and if you make rice balls with this, it must be absolutely delicious!

So this time, I will introduce two recipes that I learned at the company's new product launch. We also use a new product, "Setouchi Kaisan Onigiri, 2 slices of salted seaweed, 10 pieces" (recipe supervised by registered dietitian Yukie Isomura).

◆ Full stamina! Pork kimchi onigiri

How to make ・ Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pork belly cut into bite-sized pieces.
・ When the pork is cooked, add the garlic chives and kimchi cut into 3 cm lengths and take out the whole entwined.
・ Spread the plastic wrap on the table, put the glue on it, and put half the amount of rice in the center.

There is no complaint about the compatibility of Korean seaweed and pork kimchi! You don't have to season it at all during cooking, so it's easy and you won't fail. If you make only pork kimchi the day before, you can make it in no time even on a busy morning.

◆ Small omelet-style omelet rice

Ingredients (2 pieces): 200 g of rice, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, a little black pepper, 2 green beans, 3 sausages, 1 egg, 2 pieces of salt paste (half-cut) from the Seto Inland Sea

How to make ・ Put rice in a bowl, add ketchup and black pepper and mix.

・ Strip the beans, boil them in salt and cut them in half. Cut the sausage in half lengthwise and fry in a frying pan with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
・ Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan with sausages and pour in the beaten eggs to make scrambled eggs.
・ Spread the plastic wrap and place the salt paste without rice on it vertically, and spread the ketchup rice flat with a space of 1 cm in depth and 1 cm in width.

・ Arrange 3 sausages and 2 green beans alternately in the front half, and put scrambled eggs evenly on them.

・ Fold the glue in half from the back to the front and wrap it in a wrap to complete.
