"Chihayafuru", which won first place in all ages, is a youth story of high school students with the theme of "competitive karuta". There are few exciting elements that are typical of shojo manga, and the attitude toward club activities and the human patterns of the adults around them are drawn heartily, making it relatively easy for men to read. I can cry at the pure love pattern that high school life begins to move into the climax.
"Natsume Yujincho", which ranks in all the same way, is a heartwarming story in which Natsume, a boy who can see youkai, grows up through youkai and the people around him. The subject is similar to "March Comes In Like Lion", in which Go player is the main character. By the way, the Natsume Yujincho is also read by my mother (in her 60s), so I think there is an element that can be sympathized with men and women of all ages.
"Escape is shameful but useful", which is ranked in the 20s to 50s, is a story of a couple who starts "marriage as a job". Currently, the drama by Yui Aragaki and Gen Hoshino is a big hit. It's good to watch the drama and say "Cute!" (?), But personally, I recommend the original, which progresses lightly, because it's easy to read.
For women, there may be some surprising works such as "I read this kind of manga". There are many visual works, so please use them as a story!
