Scandinavian snacks with cinnamon and rhubarb

Caramel cinnamon sauce is a combination of cinnamon, a seasoning that is indispensable in Scandinavia, cardamom and caramel, and sanon tou. The thick sweetness and unique spicy aroma are irresistible. Apply it to croissants or bread rolls to make it look like a Finnish snack "cinnamon pulla".

The bread will look like cinnamon rolls

On the other hand, European-born vegetable "Rhubarb" and apple simmered "Rhubarb apple jam" are sweet and sour and refreshing jams. For accenting panques, yogurt and meat dishes.

The rumbling pulp is delicious

Meat and fish are also different

Scandinavian is "salmon". "Salmon tomato sauce" using salmon from Hokkaido is used for pasta, potatoes, and seafood. It's mild overall, but the richness of Parmesan cheese, the secret dill, and the lemon do a good job. You can also add it to vegetables as a dip.

"Creamy Demi Sauce", which is a combination of the classic white sauce in Scandinavian meat dishes and the familiar "Demi Glass Sauce" in Japan, is suitable for meat dishes such as meatballs and hamburgers, and omelets. I tried to match it with IKEA meatballs, but the compatibility is perfect and children will be happy.

"Salty Lemon Sauce" with plenty of chopped lemon and dill has a very particular taste. Of course, it is recommended to divide it with carbonic acid as well as sauces such as salmon, chicken, carpaccio, and pasta. Just sprinkle it on the grilled shrimp and it will be a stylish dish.
