Melting Khao Soup

The hint is Vietnam's "Gomi Gosai Nika". It's not the name of the menu, but the word that expresses the attitude toward cooking, "combine many ingredients well and enjoy the overlapping tastes."


The ingredients that make up the melting kao soup are peaches, tomatoes, cream cheese, and mint. The mouthfeel is thick. Like a soup, like a smoothie.



First, the mellow and refreshing flavor of peach, then the rich sweet and sour taste of tomato, and the refreshing sensation of mint over the aftertaste, and the color of the taste changes. Fruity and delicious!


When I heard chaos, I imagined a "muddy, unclear taste", but that's not the case at all. Rather, it was clear and nimble, and I personally got the impression that the antonym "Cosmos (ordered world / universe)" was closer.
