Akomeya Tokyo's "Akomeya pigmented noodles"
Summer taste that will delight your eyes and tongue

Even though the fall has passed, this summer is still hot. At the lifestyle shop "AKOMEYA TOKYO" that focuses on food, I found somen that is perfect as a souvenir for homecoming, so I would like to introduce it.

"Akomeya's pigmented noodles" are made by packing Miwa Somen from Nara and Ikuri in a wooden box. It comes in 5 bundles (250g (8.82oz)) and costs 1,200 yen (excluding tax).

Somen in a wooden box has a special feeling, doesn't it?

When you open the lid, you can see five colorful somen noodles. Kabosu, purple potato, plum, and green perilla are kneaded into each, and you can feel a faint scent when you bring your nose closer.

When boiled, the color becomes more vivid. When I ate a few bundles, the flavor of each material spread with the soup and gave a refreshing accent. In addition to the good flavor of the noodles themselves, the elasticity of "Tenobe Somen" is exceptional. I think it's delicious to simply eat with salt or olive oil instead of soup.

Somen, which can be stored for a long time regardless of storage location, is ideal as a summer gift. Why don't you please the other party with somen that is a bit different?
