"Kaki Chip" found in the dried fruit corner of KALDI. I often see whole dried persimmons, but sliced persimmons are rare. I was curious, so I tried it.

It's dry and crisp. Moisturizing while chewing gradually restores the flavor of persimmon in the mouth.


Among the sliced dried fruits of this kind, the taste is close to that of dried mango. However, the sugar-free sweetness is suppressed, and the flavor is not as strong as mango and is refreshing.


You can pick it up and eat it as it is, or put it back in plain yogurt and it will be delicious. You can enjoy a soft and soft texture. Even if you use it for making hors d'oeuvres and sweets, it will change your eyes and it will be interesting!
