How to make
1. 1. Prepare a washed and dried milk carton (1L). Cut out one side surface (about 19.5 x 7 cm).2. Divide the milk carton cut out in "1" into two equal parts. It is a calculation that can make two sheets with a size of about 19.5 x 3.5 cm.
3. 3. Make a notch of about 1 to 1.5 cm at both ends.
4. Insert the two notches in a staggered manner to form a long strip.
Five. Wrap the aluminum foil while leaving the notches on both ends. The point is to wrap it while stretching it tightly so that the aluminum foil does not wrinkle.

How to make
1. 1. Apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to the inside of the panque mold.2. Make the dough according to the notation on the panque mix bag.
3. 3. After heating, place the panque mold in a frying pan that has been placed on a wet cloth and slightly cooled. Apply a thin layer of oil to the frying pan or spread the frying pan foil as appropriate.
Four. Pour the dough into the mold for 5 to 6 minutes, cover and bake on very low heat for about 10 minutes.
Five. When the dough swells to the edge of the mold, turn it over (without removing the mold). Cover and heat on very low heat for another 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for about 5 minutes, then remove from the frying pan and remove the mold.
The baked hot cake is impressive as it stretches vertically. The surface is dark brown and the sides are cream, so the contrast like pudding is cute. It has a solid brown color, but the inside is moderately moist and fluffy. Cut it into small pieces and enjoy it with plenty of butter and honey.
As for the hot cake type aluminum foil, it is recommended to use the one sold as a foil for frying pans. Silicone resin processing makes it easy to remove from the mold after baking. Also, thick panques are hard to turn back, so it is convenient to spread a frying pan foil when baking.
