Here are two unusual recipes for Hiyashi chuka. We use "Martai Ramen" and KALDI "Harissa".

Marutai Ramen Hiyashi Chuka


"Marutai Ramen" is cheap, fast and delicious, and is nicknamed "Stick Ramen". The official website introduces how to enjoy Hiyashi chuka.


Boiled and chilled noodles are sprinkled with "Ajitsuyu" made by combining soup, seasoning oil, sugar, etc., and it's done. The combination of the noodles, which have been tightened tightly to make them more chewy, and the sauce, which has added acidity and sweetness, makes the noodles "chilled Chinese" and you will be amazed.

Chilled Chinese with KALDI Harissa


KALDI's popular product "Harissa" is a paste-like seasoning made by adding pepper, garlic, spices, etc. to paprika. It has a strong aroma of cumin and coriander, and has a taste reminiscent of tandoori chicken.
