water 2 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
Pure cocoa 2 tsp
milk 130ml (4.4us fl oz)

・ 2 teaspoons of water
・ 2 teaspoons of sugar
・ 2 teaspoons of pure cocoa
・ Milk 130ml (4.4us fl oz)

How to make hot cocoa

1. 1. Put water, sugar and pure cocoa (unsweetened cocoa powder) in a small saucepan and mix over low heat until it becomes a paste.



2. Add milk little by little and mix.


3. 3. Just before boiling, turn off the heat and it's done. If you strain it with a tea strainer when pouring it into a cup, it will be smoother. It is also recommended to sprinkle cinnamon powder or ginger powder to finish.


The aroma of cocoa and the sweetness of sugar work well. The aftertaste is refreshing, so you can drink a glass in no time. You can also enjoy it as a small snack by adding marshmallows or plenty of whipped cream.
