Easy to make delicious panques ♪
Panques are easy to make, but it's a hassle to clean up whisks and bowls. I would like to introduce an overseas-like product that I found at the membership supermarket "Costco" that will rationally solve such morning problems.
Organic panque mix from Australia's largest organic manufacturer "kialla pure foods". The price is 1,198 yen (tax included) with 3 bottles. It's about 400 yen per bottle (325g (11.46oz)), so it's a reasonable price for an organic product.
Costco is definitely better than buying online
All you need is milk (or soy milk). Pour 400 ml into a bottle, cover and shake firmly for about 1 minute to complete the dough.

Simply add a thin layer of oil to a warm frying pan, pour the dough out of the bottle and bake. Large bubbles come out and swell to a thickness of about 1 cm. If a lump of powder remains, mix it with chopsticks and let it flow.
Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side
You can bake about 10 panques with a diameter of about 12 cm in one bottle!
The cross section has a fluffy mouthfeel that firmly embraces the air. You can enjoy a chewy and chewy texture when chewed. It is not sweet and has a slight salty taste, so it is recommended not only for jams and syrups, but also for meals with bacon and eggs and cheese.
