2 tablespoons Sarasara Kenko Mineral Mugi-cha
350cc water
40g (1.41oz) sugar
5 g powdered gelatin
3 tablespoons hot water

How to make the tea
1. Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water.


Put water, mugi-cha (barley tea), and sugar in a saucepan and turn off the heat just before it comes to a boil.


3. Add the gelatin and mix well.
Remove from heat and refrigerate in a bowl.
