It's very easy to make! No need to heat, just mix. The work takes less than 30 minutes (excluding cooling time).

This time, I whipped the cream relatively hard, so the tactile sensation when scooping with a spoon is as hard as vanilla ice cream. When placed on the tongue, it melts gently with heat and spreads the rich taste of chocolate. Although the lips are light, the deep gap is irresistible!


The couverture chocolate in the kit is from the Belgian Callebaut brand. Made from Madagascar cacao beans, you can enjoy a fragrant and high-quality taste.
