"Tororo" is great when you eat natto or soba. In fact, by freezing long thighs, you can always prepare "freshly grated". I will show you how to do that.

The grated frozen long thighs are innocent white and have a smooth texture. The coolness remains, so it is better to return it to room temperature for a while.
The procedure is simple, but be aware that it will take some time to grate because it is frozen and hard. If the long thigh that you hold in your hand melts at body temperature, it will become sticky even if you wrap it with kitchen paper, so it is difficult to grate a lot at once. Assuming that the amount to be grated at one time is one pack of natto and one serving of soba, I think that there is no stuffiness.
