Celery that you can easily buy for about 100 yen per bottle. If you do not use it immediately, it is recommended that you take some time before putting it in the refrigerator. I will show you how to do that.

Five. Move to the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator and start storage. Use a container such as a milk carton to keep it upright.
By separating the leaves and stems, it prevents the leaves from sucking up the water and nutrients of the stems. You can keep the stems fresh for about 5 days and the leaves for about 3 days.
It is also recommended to freeze the celery leaves. Rinse well, wipe off water, chop and put in a storage bag. Convenient to take out as much as you need and use it for flavoring soups and stir-fried foods. The stems can also be stored frozen, but please note that the texture will change. It is better to cook in addition to soups and sauces than salads.
