White sesame | 1 tablespoon |

It's about time that water vegetables are easily available. Most salads are used raw, but isn't it more difficult to eat than you think?
Mizuna is recommended because it will be less bulky just by heating it quickly, and it will be easier to eat with a moderately crispy feeling. This time, I will introduce a recipe for a simple salad using a microwave oven that does not require the hassle of boiling water.
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・ One bundle of Mizuna (about 200g (7.05oz))・ 4 hams ・ 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
・ 2 teaspoons of ponzu
・ 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds
・ Pepper a little
How to make
1. 1. Wash the mizuna and chop it into 4 cm pieces, and chop the ham into small pieces.2. Put the mizuna in a heat-resistant bowl, cover it with wrap, and heat it in the microwave (600W) for 2 minutes.
3. 3. Discard the water from the mizuna and add ham and all seasonings.
The crispy texture and flavor of the mizuna remains firmly, while the texture is moist and easy to eat. The sourness of ponzu and the aroma of sesame are added to the royal road combination of ham and mayonnaise, and the chopsticks go on steadily.
It's less bulky and easier to pack, so it's great for filling the gaps in your lunch when it's cool. If you have excess water, please try microwave heating!
