Millet biscuits ice cream
Millet, which everyone loves, becomes ice cream

"Mille Biscuits" is one of Kochi's representative sweets. It is a super long-selling product that Nomura Soybean Processing Shop has been selling since around 1955. The simple sweetness is accented by the exquisite saltiness of the sun-dried salt, and once you eat it, it really doesn't stop.

Recently, I can buy it at a supermarket in Tokyo, so I always have it, but it seems that the millet biscuits became ice cream this fall. I found it at Natural Lawson in my neighborhood, so I tried it.

The price at the time of purchase is 194 yen (tax included). Manufactured by Kochi Ice, the product notation is ice milk.

When you open the lid and the film inside, you will see two Millet biscuits lined up. Tiny!

It really contains Millet!

The surface of the biscuit is moist and soft, but the inside has a crispy texture. Wrapped in milk ice cream that melts smoothly and has a refreshing aftertaste.

The ice cream contains only fine pieces in some places, so if you eat while crushing two biscuits, you can enjoy the texture of the biscuits until the end. I imagined ice cream with rich vanilla ice cream mixed with crushed millet, but you can eat one lightly.

If you think that you can't get this taste just by mixing biscuits and ice cream at home, the ice cream is probably made "seriously". Somehow I missed summer asexually.
