The "Kuren Baotou" cake sold by Patisserie Swallowtail is a white baked cheesecake that reproduces the role of "Kurenpoto", which is said to be extremely difficult to make. A bite-sized cake that looks like a mahjong tile is topped with white chocolate with realistic characters printed on it. There is no doubt that it will blow out when you see it.
