Premium snack "Dry Fries" is now available from the French fries specialty store "AND THE FRIET". It is currently on sale at Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs until May 7th.

The store is a specialty store that offers French fries (fried potatoes) using various types of potatoes and homemade dips. Details are reported on the sister site " En-eating ", so please check it if you are interested.


Dry frit is a snack made from Belgian "Bintje", which has been the most popular since its establishment. Available in three flavors: premium salt, black truffle, and herb and gorgonzola. The price is 450 yen per bag (tax included, same below).



All of them have a crunchy texture and a different eating response from French fries. The texture of the potatoes is crispy enough to chew, and the mouth is filled with rich flavor. Be sure to add the "Premium Salt" sprinkled with French Lorraine rock salt to the dip (150 yen per piece).



Next, "black truffle" that tickles the nose with a gorgeous truffle scent from the moment it is opened. Sprinkled with Italian "black truffle salt", it has a gourmet flavor.



The last is "Herbs and Gorgonzola". It is sprinkled with 5 kinds of herbs such as oregano, basil and rosemary and Gorgonzola cheese, and it seems to be good to add it to hors d'oeuvres such as cheese and olives.
