What this looks like Japanese sweets! I found a miso ball that looks strange and nice, so I will introduce it.


A take-out product from the miso soup specialty store "MISOY". Miso and desiccants are molded into a round shape and put in a package for each serving. It's a shop in Yokohama, but I bought it at a pop-up store in front of Roppongi 1-chome station. It was Christmas time, so I chose "Christmas miso ball" (390 yen * tax not included, same below) with cute stars and "sticky miso ball" (290 yen) with a charming appearance. ..


To eat, just put it in a bowl and dissolve it in hot water. The ingredients spread in the bowl with the fragrant aroma that rises, and it is appetizing. If you take a sip, it has a rich flavor with a complex intersection of various flavors. I don't usually drink miso soup, but it was an experience that made me realize that miso soup is delicious.
