Seijo Ishii's new sweets! Introducing "Affogato-style coffee jelly".
Speaking of Naruki Ishii's coffee jelly, I think of a classic milk jelly with coffee jelly floating on it, but this is another new item.
Inspired by the Italian dessert "affogato" with espresso coffee on ice cream, the coffee jelly is topped with "anglaise sauce" finished with eggs, sugar, milk, etc. and cream. The price is 270 yen (excluding tax).
With plenty of cream, the sweetness of the appearance is quite strong.
Coffee jelly has a pleasant texture with "churun". It is a full-fledged taste with the aroma and bitterness of coffee.
The rich anglaise sauce and plenty of milky cream go well with this! The anglaise sauce tastes like custard. It's not as addictive as condensed milk, which tends to be combined with coffee jelly, so anyone can eat it deliciously.
The round grains are chocolate-coated cereals. The surprisingly crispy texture adds a fresh accent.
The bittersweet and rich creaminess is just affogato. Please try the sweetness modest sweets that are perfect for spring!
