Hitokuchi Chirashizushi

I want to eat a little bit of chirashizushi ... I found an item at a supermarket that meets such a niche request. Mishima Foods' "Hitokuchi Chirashizushi" is famous for its furikake "Yukari".

You can make chirashizushi by mixing it with the warm rice you want to eat. Contains 4 kinds of ingredients: carrot, bamboo shoot, shiitake mushroom, and Kanpyo. The price was about 120 yen (excluding tax) for 2 go of rice per bag.

Complete when the whole is mixed. It takes less than tens of seconds to a minute.

Although simple, the taste of vinegared rice, which has a slightly sweet and salty appetite, is just chirashizushi. Even though the ingredients are small, you can feel the texture and flavor of each, which is more satisfying than you can imagine.
